I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Budget Car Sales. I have been in the car buyers market for quite sometime and my wife and I have visited a fair share of dealerships over the past 4 years. I have also worked as a Mystery Shopper for a firm in the U.S. in regards to the Automotive Industry in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. I would say that the professionalism and courtesy that my wife and I received from Budget Car Sales was outstanding. We did not feel pressured at any time nor did we feel ignored by any Sales Representative. My wife and I have paid numerous visits to Budget Car Sales and at no time were we treated unfairly or with total disregard. Every representative was professional and polite. We are very happy with the service that Ian Dumansky provided. His knowledge and expertise helped us in making the right choice in purchasing our car. He made out experience enjoyable and not a chore. Ian ensured that we were comfortable at all times and when we had questions he was quick to answer them.
I have been recommending to my family and friends that the next car that they purchase should be from Ian at Budget Car Sales. Thank you Ian for all your help, even when we stopped by to take a quick look around you were there making sure that we were taken care of. Upon comparing your facility with other car lots, I find that Budget has one of the best selections of quality used cars encompassing all the major car manufacturers. Couple this with the fact that all vehicles are inspected by BCAA and the result is that I would have no problem recommending Budget to anyone who is looking for the best in pre-owned vehicles

I would also like to pass my kudos on to Michael Whatley as well. As a financing professional at Budget he was very helpful and easy to deal with. I am very happy with the financing arrangement that I negotiated with him and also very pleased with the extended warranty and theft protection package that he offered. At Budget Car Sales I was able to find the vehicle that I wanted and arrange better than competitive financing. With the extended warranty that was available I now have years of problem-free driving with which to enjoy my new car.
